Terms of Service
The ground rules for using Reflexsat IPTV. Take a few minutes to read through before you subscribe.
This agreement ("Terms") sets out the rules between you and Reflexsat IPTV ("Reflexsat", "we", "us", "our") when you visit reflexsatiptv.cam or pay for our streaming service. By signing up, starting a trial, or watching anything you've paid for, you're telling us you've read these Terms and you'll stick to them. If any part doesn't work for you, please don't use the service.
1. Accepting These Terms
Opening an account, starting a trial, or completing a payment counts as agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The agreement is between you and Reflexsat IPTV. You're confirming you can legally enter into a binding contract in the country where you live, and that everything you tell us during sign-up is accurate. We can refuse or close any account at our discretion if these conditions aren't met.
2. What the Service Is
Reflexsat IPTV is a paid subscription that streams live TV channels and on-demand video to your devices over the public internet. Here's what's on offer:
- Monthly, quarterly, six-month, and yearly subscription terms.
- Connection tiers covering one screen, two screens, or multi-screen households.
- A short free trial (typically 24 hours), available once per new customer.
Channel lineups, on-demand titles, picture quality, and supported devices can change at any time without notice. Availability also depends on where you are and what your local licensing rules allow. We don't promise that any specific channel will stay in the lineup for the life of your subscription.
3. Your Account
- You'll need a working email address to register, and the details you provide must be true and current.
- Keeping your login credentials private is on you. We're not responsible for losses caused by stolen or shared passwords.
- One subscription covers one household. Don't hand your credentials to friends, relatives outside your home, or anyone else.
- You must be 18 or older (or the legal age in your country) to subscribe. Parents are responsible for any minors who access the service through their account.
- Tell us right away if you spot suspicious activity on your account so we can help secure it.
4. Using the Service the Right Way
The service is for lawful, personal viewing only. You can:
- Stream content on the devices you own, inside your household, for non-commercial enjoyment.
- Run as many simultaneous streams as your chosen plan allows — no more.
5. Things You're Not Allowed to Do
You agree not to:
- Sell, sublicense, rent, lend, or otherwise share your account or stream URLs with anyone outside your home.
- Use bots, scrapers, scripts, or any automated tools to access the service or pull data from it.
- Try to get around geo-restrictions, security checks, or DRM technology applied to the streams.
- Record, copy, screen-capture, transcode, or redistribute content delivered through the service.
- Use the service for any business, public-screening, or commercial purpose unless we've signed off in writing.
- Disrupt, overload, probe, or interfere with our servers, the streaming network, or other customers' access.
- Use the service to break any law that applies to you locally, including content licensing and copyright laws.
Breaking any of the rules in this section can lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account, with no refund.
6. Payment and Billing
- Prices show in US dollars by default. Local taxes, VAT, or other fees may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
- Payments go through trusted third-party processors (cards, PayPal, or supported cryptocurrencies). We don't see or store your full card details.
- Subscriptions renew on their own at the end of each billing period unless you cancel first. The same payment method on file gets charged.
- We send a reminder before renewal, but it's your job to cancel ahead of the renewal date if you don't want another period.
- If a payment fails, we'll pause access until it clears. We can't guarantee a slot at the previous rate if pricing has changed by then.
7. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel any time — there's no commitment. Reach out through WhatsApp or our contact form and we'll switch off auto-renew. Your access stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it stops. Cancelling part-way through a period doesn't trigger a partial refund (see Section 8).
8. Refunds
Refund rules live in our separate Refund Policy, and that document is incorporated into these Terms. Short version: a 24-hour money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases when the service genuinely isn't working for you. Renewal charges, accounts cancelled for breaking these Terms, and complaints filed after the guarantee window don't qualify.
9. Service Availability and Uptime
We aim for high availability — around 99.9% on a rolling annual basis — but we don't promise uninterrupted streaming. We're not liable for downtime caused by:
- Your home internet connection, Wi-Fi router, ISP throttling, or device problems.
- Planned maintenance windows or urgent fixes we have to push without notice.
- Acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, or other force majeure events.
- Upstream channel providers going dark, content licensing changes, or third-party platform outages.
- Government, regulatory, or court actions affecting the service in your country.
10. Content and Intellectual Property
Everything streamed through Reflexsat IPTV is owned by, or licensed to, the original broadcasters, studios, and rights holders. We don't transfer any ownership of that content to you — your subscription only buys a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view it during your active billing period. The Reflexsat IPTV name, the site design, the logo, all written copy, code, and graphics on reflexsatiptv.cam belong to us (or our licensors) and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Don't copy, mirror, or republish any of it without written permission.
11. Limits on Our Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Reflexsat IPTV isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or missed broadcasts, even if we've been told such damages are possible. Where liability can't be excluded entirely, the total amount we'll owe you for any claim related to these Terms or the service is capped at the amount you paid us during the current subscription period. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply where you live.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reflexsat IPTV, its owners, staff, contractors, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) that comes out of your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of someone else's rights. We can take over the defence of any claim covered by this section at our own cost, and you'll cooperate with us if we do.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by generally accepted international commercial law and, where applicable, the consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. We'd much rather sort things out by talking — please contact us first so we can try to fix any complaint informally. If we can't reach a resolution within 60 days, the dispute will go to binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted under these Terms, except where local law says otherwise.
14. Updates to These Terms
We can change these Terms when the service evolves, new laws apply, or our pricing model shifts. When we do, we'll change the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, for material changes, post a notice or send an email. Continuing to use Reflexsat IPTV after the new version goes live means you accept the update. If you don't agree, your option is to cancel before the change takes effect.
